Test Industrial Chiller

Below is detailed method statement for testing and commissioning of chiller. All the testing and commissioning work shall be done in accordance with mechanical specification and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Prior to starting the Chiller all electrical works related to supply of power to the equipment should be tested and energized.

Close the control panel board of the Chiller unit. Properly Shutting down the Chiller Unit. Prior to the work, wear safety shoes, gloves and goggles. Prepare panel door key of the Chiller unit. If necessary, in-line stand-by Chiller units to catch the load of the unit to be switch off. Open the control panel door.
